We deliver all our parcels through Australia Post (large parcels with tracking), Australia wide and offer free local pick up (Ringwood VIC, please leave us a note in the comments and we will contact you to arrange). We currently only ship to Australian addresses and not internationally.
We have tiered postage rates for all items via Regular Parcel Post. Express Post will incur additional fees accordingly. Orders ship for FREE when they are over $90.
- Small items = $2.95
- Medium Items = $3.95
- Large Parcels up to 500g = $9.95 (includes tracking)
- Over 500g up to 1kg = $12.95 (includes tracking)
- Over 1kg up to 3kg = $15.95 (includes tracking)
- Over 3kg up to 5kg = $18.95 (includes tracking)
Express Post Option
If you have a deadline or a special event we are happy to offer an Express Post option. This guarantees that your order will be shipped the same day (when placed before 1pm). Please choose at checkout. Charges are calculated based on weight.
Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on your location. Please note: COVID 19 is affecting Aus Post’s ability to deliver as normal, and items are unfortunately taking longer to arrive.
Please take care to enter the correct address details when you order. If a parcel comes back to us marked ‘return to sender’ you will be charged a re-posting fee to send it to you again. If you return unwanted items to us by ‘return to sender’ a postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any goods either lost or damaged during transit. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Red Knot Design.
